Before console gaming took off, most games were on PC and shipped with FOV's of 120 instead of the narrow ones we usually see on consoles that are now default in all games now. Doom on PC, the max is 130.įOV and motion sickness are a 2-decade-old problem. Just let people have the values they want like they are use to with Black Ops 3. Please also don't lock the FOV I see some game devs will lock it to a really narrow value or they lock it to what they think is wide enough(but not too narrow) for a majority. 
All the PC COD games I've played, I play with the maximum allowed and the older titles that don't have the slider option: I use FOV changer mods and I'm sure regular gamers who like it wide also use these in older titles. Please don't decrease the maximum allowed for any reason. As a gamer with motion sickness, the 120 is a must.
